CHECK-IN Check-in time is 4 p.m. While every effort is made to make the rooms available as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any check-ins earlier than 4 p.m. If you are arriving after hours, please remember to call beforehand for instructions on how to get your key. This will avoid late check-in charges. CHECK-OUT Please respect the 10 a.m. check-out time. We only have six hours between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to clean the units and perform particular maintenance tasks and cannot accommodate requests for late check outs. Please be aware that smoking in the units is not permitted. The Board of Directors voted to prohibit smoking in the units back in 2007. Smoking in a unit may result in a $100 per unit cleaning charge.
