FOUR WINDS BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

SPECIAL MEMBERS MEETING

NOVEMBER 15, 2011

A Special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Four Winds Beach Resort Condominium Association, Inc. was held at 9:00 A.M. at the Four Winds Beach Resort.  Present were President, Joe Walsh, Vice-President, Pat Webb, Treasurer, John Tanner, Secretary, Paul Erickson, and Directors Bill Cunningham, Del Gorecki and Chuck Govin.  Also present were General Manager, Nancy Yoder, Four Winds Realtor Kathleen Rhodes and Bookkeeper Mary Kay Rasmussen.  Present in the audience were owners Rick and Sharon Olson, Donald and Sylvia Rice, Jackie Walsh, Bobbie Erickson, Janet Webb, Yvonne Gorecki and Jackie Hamman Aukland.

President Walsh called the meeting to order and introduced the Board members to the audience.

ARTICLE XIXB:

The purpose of this meeting was to vote on the deletion of the 2020 clause of Article XIXB, of the Declaration which would terminate the timeshare plan in 2020.    President Walsh called on Treasurer Tanner to explain this issue at this time.  Treasurer Tanner explained that long term budgeting and planning could not effectively happen until this issue was decided by vote.  President Walsh called on Nancy to announce the outcome of the vote.

OUTCOME OF VOTE:

Nancy stated that there were 1519 proxies in favor of deleting the clause, 14 not in favor of deleting the clause and 3 proxies that abstained from voting.

ADJOURNMENT:

Secretary Erickson moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 A.M.  Director Govin seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
